Christina Karp - Vice President

Christina Karp is responsible for overseeing marketing and due diligence for Inland Atlantic, including producing competitive market analysis and assisting with project financial analysis. She is instrumental in maintaining open communication among all related parties throughout the entire development process, specifically including land acquisitions as well as parcel sales. In addition, Ms. Karp provides valuable support in regard to the Company’s various leasing activities and tenant relationships.

Upon formation of Inland Retail’s development division in 2004, Ms. Karp became Assistant Vice President where she oversaw due diligence and marketing activities. Ms. Karp originally joined Inland Retail as Executive Marketing Director of Inland Mid-Atlantic Management, a property management subsidiary.

Prior to joining Inland Mid Atlantic, Ms. Karp was a Senior Marketing and Public Relations Analyst for Trammell Crow, as well as filling similar position at Colliers Cauble and Clarion Realty Services (ING).
