Eisenhower Annex is an 85,000 square foot retail development. The property is located at Billy Williamson Drive and Presidential Parkway in Macon, Georgia (the prime retail location in Macon). Anchor Tenants include HHGregg, and PetSmart.
Construction on the development commenced Q1 2006 and was completed by early 2007.
Brandon Park, Brandon, Florida:

Brandon Park is a ± 40 acre mixed-use development located at the intersection of Falkenburg Road and Causeway Boulevard in Brandon, Florida. The proposed development will contain office, hotel, residential and retail components and thus be a fully-integrated mixed-use live-work-play environment.
Outback Steakhouse will build three concept restaurants on the site. The plan called for up to 180,000 square feet of office, 140 room hotel, 450 residential units. IRRETI planned to develop up to 232,700square feet of retail space.
Site work commenced Fourth Q 2006, and the development was projected to be completed by Fall of 2009.
Shoppes of Augusta, Augusta, Georgia

This new 21,120 square foot multi-tenant building is located in the heart of a premier shopping environment. The project is conveniently located on Robert C. Daniel Parkway, in Augusta, Georgia at the intersection of Jackson Road and York Drive.
Tenants include Panera Bread, MoviesStop, LifeWay Christian, and Verizon Wireless.
The project was completed late 4th Quarter 2005.
Denbigh Village, Newport News, Virginia

Denbigh Village is located in the heart of Newport News, Virginia at Warwick Boulevard and Denbigh Boulevard.
Phase I consisted of the demolition of former Montgomery Auto Wards center and the reconstruction of 26,000 square feet of new retail space. Tenants in Phase I of the re-development include Cash Converters, Household Finance, Hagashi Japanese Restaurant, and Mama Lina’s Italian Restaurant. Phase I was complete 4th Quarter of 2005.
The project began 2nd Quarter 2006, and was complete by late 3rd Quarter of 2006.
ValleyPark Commons, Hagerstown, Maryland

Valley Park Commons is located off I-85 at the intersection of Halfway Boulevard in Hagerstown, Maryland.
The center is shadowed anchored by a newly constructed (developed by others) 65,000 square foot Martin’s Foods and is currently anchored by Lowes Home Improvement, and Sam’s Wholesale Club.
The re-development included a façade renovation along with repositioning of the center. Tenants replacing Martin’s included Office Depot and Nikko Japanese Restaurant.
The project began late First Quarter 2006, and was complete by Third Quarter of 2006.
